Private classes are designed to suit you - your body, your needs and your abilities. Working together to achieve what you would like - this may be an introduction to yoga, gentle recovery from an injury or operation, increasing your fitness and energy levels, creating more comfort and flexibility within your body, increasing your range and ease of movement or simply time to unwind, relax and calm a busy mind.
Private classes can be flow or slow flow and will include a fluid sequence of yoga postures, meditation, movement and relaxation. There will be time to warm up and warm down, and always the option to rest. Classes are available as one-to-one or small group (up to 5 people) in The Studio or your home. *Classes can also be booked for other premises, there are additional costs for this service as well as groups with more than 5 people and an expenses charge for bookings outside of a 15 mile radius from The Studio.
